Ventera’s Management Team of 30 participated in a half-day workshop on how supervisors can contract and govern team members to increase the odds of achieving intended results. Real cases were used as examples to reveal and drive home opportunities for improved performance.
The session was energetic and lively as participants worked in small groups to apply lessons learned on how to explicitly engage employees in conversation about what needs to be done and engaging in active discussion to gauge and effect understanding, interest, and confidence in so doing.
