He is a highly experienced professional with significant large company and consulting experience. Was the Worldwide VP of Human Resources for an international software company and has had domestic and international roles for Fortune 50 scientific and engineering companies driving staffing, human capital development, compensation systems and governance.
After 25 years, mostly in the pharmaceutical and computer hardware and software industries, he now focuses on executive coaching, business education, and group facilitation.

He is a founding partner in EQED, a training and development firm focused on high potential emerging leaders and executive teams to increase emotional intelligence to be more effective in relationships and networks peers, customers, regulators and industry groups.
