Alison Torrillo French

An experienced facilitator, trainer and coach, Alison has led projects within the education, government, and private sectors for more than 20 years.

She facilitates strategic planning meetings, visioning sessions, corporate retreats and skills training workshops; conducts in-depth change, leadership and team assessments; develops and deploys strategic communication campaigns; and is recognized as a trusted adviser and go-to person by her clients.

Alison was a top-rated instructor for the Deloitte Consulting Milestone Program and launched a career mentoring program for BearingPoint.

She built and deployed a comprehensive change plan for a major Defense technology initiative with more than 7,000 end users, which, through direct engagement with top leaders, significantly influenced positive perception of the initiative and elevated its change management program to serve as a model within the agency.

Alison holds a Bachelor’s degree with distinction in communications from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kogod School of Business at American University.
