Dr. Brent Green is an organization psychology professional with a focus on individual executive and team performance, and system improvement. He has over 25 years experience in strategic leadership and organization assessment, training and development, evaluation, strategic wellness program design, and performance coaching.

Representative Engagements:

• Design and facilitate a two day off-site retreat in strategic planning for 15 senior executives of an application software company in Spain.

• Facilitate due diligence on executive talent process for six senior executives of a government division in Alberta, Canada.

• Conduct in-depth interviews and multi-rater feedback process for senior leaders of two financial consulting firms in Washington D.C. One enterprise is a 17 million dollar firm supporting Freddie Mac and Fanny Mae. The second is a $60M enterprise software company.

• Co-taught a master learning class in leadership team assessment and development with PeterD (IntelliVen CEO) for the Association for Strategic Planning at their 2016 annual conference in San Francisco.

Previously, Brent has held leadership positions in start-ups, as well as in national and global enterprises. He was Training Director at Kaiser Permanente-San Francisco, Director of Organization Effectiveness at McKesson Corporation, and Director of Organization Development at the American Management Association International in NYC. A highly published author and speaker, he received a Masters Degree from UC-Berkeley, and later in his career a Ph.D. in organization psychology.
