She has worked in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, serving in large and small consulting firms, as an independent consultant, and as a senior HR executive.
Her expertise spans executive coaching, strategic planning, succession planning and management, performance management design and execution, training curriculum design and development, organizational and process redesign, and retreat design and facilitation.
Mary excels at aligning human and strategic priorities to drive business success. A Master Facilitator for LIFO (Life Orientations), trained in Appreciative Inquiry, and a Certified Future Search facilitator, she brings deep expertise in organizational dynamics. She also serves on three non-profit boards, advising on HR, leadership, and strategy.
