Patrick Gallen 

Patrick Gallen is an outcome-focused, data-driven leader, strategist, and change agent. He has over 15 years of experience building large-scale programs and technical solutions in both high-tech and non-profit industries. He has spent most of his career tackling complex organizational challenges transforming them into scalable, measurable solutions, acting as a bridge between leaders, business goals, people, and technology.

Prior to working with Intelliven, Patrick was a Director of the Employee Listening Program at Synopsys, a +20K, global semiconductor company. There he also directed the organization’s Talent Mobility program and was responsible for the on-demand learning and development program. He also led the transformation of the Talent Acquisition (TA) process – redeveloping it to reduce workplace bias, strengthen inclusivity, and promote equitability.

Patrick serves as the board chair of the Information Technology Survey Group (ITSG), a non-profit consortium of employee listening and people analytic practitioners. Patrick has been active in the surveying community, guest speaking at the SIOP conference as well as the GLINT summit.

Prior to Synopsys, Patrick led the knowledge management and learning programs at Cigital, an application security consulting company. While there he also redeveloped the internal performance development process and diversified the organization’s customer training services to include virtual and hybrid training offerings.

At United Way Worldwide, Patrick was responsible for the organization’s virtual learning strategy for its 1800-member global network. Oversight of the design and delivery of multi-modal training products. Account management, training and development of the global network, including the America’s, Latin America, India, and South Asia.

Patrick has a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Animation from the Art Institute of Philadelphia.

His passion is to lead wherever an organization’s aspirations require marshalling the collective power of its people. To help organizations accomplish their goals by building the people, technologies, and processes needed to help the organization succeed now, and thrive into the future.
