About 30 people joined for a lively overview workshop on October 25 at 8:30 am at the SF Chamber of Commerce. There was good energy in the room as we worked through the practice case on WHAT-WHO-WHY from Manage to Lead.

This interactive workshop featured an executive overview of the IntelliVen Strategic Leadership Immersion Program, Manage to Lead (read What Participants Say), using the Seven Truths. The session sampled leadership tools such as:
WHAT-WHO-WHY: Your case and target customers.
Change Framework: What needs to change and why.
Initiative-to-Action: Where to assign resources.
Leadership Support: Governance, growth, and focus.
