Ms. Leavitt’s Key Executive Group sought input on best practices to amass coalitions in support of internal change ideas from above, below, and sideways. This virtual work session introduced theory and practical ways to introduce and garner support for new ideas across any organization.

Each of six participants presented personal cases they are working on to explore what more could be done to drive desired change. Participants all left the session feeling more powerful and able to make progress on important pursuits.
