IntelliVen CEO, Peter DiGiammarino, presented Manage to Lead: Seven Truths to Help You Change the World to about 50 in the Washington DC Chapter.  To end the session three graduates of the American University Master of Science in Organization Development Program facilitated a workshop to show it is harder than it looks to craft a clear statement of whose problem an organization solves but that it gets easier as a collaborative process and it is worth doing.
