Reaching Agreement Through Negotiation

Whether you’re facilitating an OD intervention with a client team, or interacting with a family member, neighbor, colleague, or partner, conflict is a natural experience. That’s because we all come from different places, and have different perspectives and ways of thinking.

In this interactive workshop, attended by about 40, we introduced, explored, and experimented with three straightforward frameworks that are used to increase the odds of achieving an optimum result through effective negotiation. Attendees walked away with new negotiation tools to use in day-to-day work as an OD practitioner.
