The Manage to Lead Immersion Program: Seven Truths to Help You Change the World from IntelliVen-U is available to executive leadership teams for the first time ever this summer.
The program was originally developed for masters students at American University and subsequently also offered at the University of San Francisco and Golden Gate University. Executives have been able to engage in program content through a series of workshops but, up to now, have had no way to experience the entire program all at once.
Two professional associations (the Association for Strategic Planning and the Organization Development Network) urged us to make it available to their members around the world this summer.
Thanks to improvements in video conferencing (i.e., Zoom) and Learning Management Systems (i.e., Moodle Cloud), we’ve worked out a way to offer the entire program in 10 two-hour virtual sessions, on Wednesdays, from July 11 to September 12, 2018 at 4:00 – 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Your own organization, and a specific change you have in mind to make, provide the case material. In each session, you will learn and apply new content to advance your case, culminating in a presentation in the last session to a board of directors made up of peers, instructors, and guest outside executives.
